Doreen Mbithe Mwai
Principal

From the moment I stepped onto Katwanyaa's campus, I felt the overwhelming sense of caring and love for these students.  Katwanyaa is a big school with a large percentage of orphans living at the site.  It is across the road from Katwanyaa Secondary School and was one of our more difficult sites to get Internet to.  It currently has a weak signal that can carry about 4 Chromebooks at a time.  It lies in direct site of the tower and is a good candidate for a direct microwave connecti

Katwanyaa is a primary school (K-8) located in the Kongundo area, which is roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes east of Nairobi.  With 22 teachers and 850 students, their school day is 11 hours long - 210 days a year.  Nurturing of pupils talents is strong here, but they need textbooks, help with feeding students, and of course computers with access to the Internet.  Mistletoe Elementary School in Redding, CA partnered with us to supply devices for this school!

Henry K. Kivuva
Principal

Matungulu is a primary school (K-8) located in Kanzalu, which is in the Kangundo area roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes east of Nairobi.  With 14 teachers and 382 students, their school day is 10 hours long.  Science and Kiswahili is strong here, but they need textbooks, Audio Visual materials, and of course better access to the Internet.  CTL and Alta Mesa School in Redding, CA partnered with us to supply devices for this school!

Mutisya Eliud Thyaka
Principal

Kangundo is a primary school (K-8) located in Kangundo, which is roughly 1 hour and 40 minutes east of Nairobi.  With 20 teachers and 500 students, their school day is 8 hours long.  Extra-Curricular activities are strong here, but they need textbooks, transportation for students, and of course better access to the Internet.  Enterprise Elementary School District in Redding, CA partnered with us to supply devices for this school!

Kioko Franus
Principal

Kilalani is a primary school (K-8) located in the Kongundo area, which is roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes east of Nairobi.  With 16 teachers and 414 students, their school day is 8 hours long - 8 months a year.  Having a good physical space and electricity is one of the schools strengths, but they need desks, help with feeding students, and of course computers with access to the Internet.  PACE Academy in Redding, CA partnered with us to supply devices for this school!
